Caine is an Olympian, placing 9th in weightlifting at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Having competed in Olympic weightlifting for over two decades, Caine has amassed several national and international titles over the years, including being a three-time Pan American Champion. A former gym owner, he also has more than 15 years of experience coaching other athletes in weightlifting, CrossFit, and functional fitness.

A previous CrossFit Level 1 trainer, Caine has coached weightlifting and functional fitness for over 15 years. A six-time National Champion and eight-time Pan American medalist, he has a wealth of experience from the two past decades of being a competitive athlete. Now, Caine continues sharing his weightlifting knowledge in the Charlotte area, where he coaches weightlifting to athletes of all ages and experience levels.

Caine specializes in the Olympic sport of weightlifting, having competed and coached extensively for many years. Also a former CrossFit gym owner, Caine has focused on coaching and training athletes through functional fitness. His athletes include a broad range of experiences and ages.
