A former gym owner, he also has more than 15 years of experience coaching other athletes in weightlifting, CrossFit, and functional fitness.

A previous CrossFit Level 1 trainer, Caine has coached weightlifting and functional fitness for over 15 years. A six-time National Champion and eight-time Pan American medalist, he has a wealth of experience from the two past decades of being a competitive athlete. Now, Caine continues sharing his weightlifting knowledge in the Charlotte area, where he coaches weightlifting to athletes of all ages and experience levels.
