Creatine is one of the most well-researched sports performance supplements, and there are plenty of creatine benefits that make it worth adding to your supplement stack, with the primary benefits being increased strength and power1. We know that not everyone likes plain creatine powder, so for those who struggle to take it consistently, the best creatine gummies offer a convenient, tasty alternative to help you reach your daily creatine goal.
However, not all gummies are created equal, and with so many options on the market, it’s important to choose the right one for your goals. In this Create Creatine Gummies review, I’ll break down everything you need to know about this popular gummy. We thoroughly tested it and consulted with a sports dietitian, and we’re ready to help you decide if this is the right creatine gummy for your needs.
Our Create Creatine Gummies Review, Summarized
Create Creatine Gummies have an excellent taste and a strong formulation, offering 4.5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. We love that they’re third-party tested, too, but they contain added sugar, and they’re expensive compared to other options.
How We Test Create Creatine Gummies
For this category, we give a 3 out of 5 score to products with at least 3 grams of creatine per serving, and as few additional ingredients as possible.

For gummies in particular, like these Create gummies, we also consider the amount of added sugar, and any other additives that are worth noting.
Taste is subjective, but it’s a very important testing criteria, especially when it comes to gummies, as the taste can be very hit or miss. For a 3 out of 5, the product tastes fine, but it’s nothing special. We save our top scores for creatine gummies with exceptionally good flavors.

Third-party testing is one of the most important categories for any supplement, as it determines whether or not a given creatine supplement contains what it claims on the label, and checks for any impurities or banned ingredients.

For 3 out of 5 stars, the manufacturer seems transparent and uses clear labeling, but may not be certified by a major organization like NSF, Informed Choice/Sport, or Banned Substance Control Group (BSCG). Those that are certified earn 5 stars.
Before assigning a score to any creatine supplement, we carefully put it through our rigorous testing process. We personally use the product as instructed, noting any benefits and/or side effects. After testing, we score it using our creatine testing methodology, which helps us rate each product for categories like price per serving, solubility, and more.

Our team of expert testers includes certified personal trainers, strength coaches, certified nutrition coaches, gym owners, and fitness enthusiasts.

We’ve tested more than 60 of the best creatine supplements, and regularly consult with doctors and registered dietitians to get their input.
Create creatine gummies provide 4.5 grams of creatine monohydrate per 3-gummy serving. Our testers liked the taste and texture, and these would be a great option for those who’d prefer not to drink their creatine.
What to Know Before You Buy
- Create gummies are formulated with creatine monohydrate, the most research-backed form of creatine.
- Each three-gummy serving provides 4.5 grams of creatine, but contains 2 grams of added sugar that some people may wish to avoid.
- These are some of the best-tasting gummies we’ve tested, and variety packs are available for those who aren’t sure which flavor to go with.
Are Create Creatine Gummies Worth It?
We’re big fans of these gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO gummies that offer a convenient way to get your daily creatine. However, as with most of the gummies on the marketplace, they’re going to cost significantly more than plain creatine monohydrate on its own.
That said, we know that not everyone loves having to take a scoop of creatine every single day, and for the right person, these gummies are an excellent choice. Here’s who we think should consider Create gummies, and who may want to avoid them.
If you’re ready to try some creatine gummies and think these may be a good fit, keep reading. Up next, we’ll get into the key features and specs of this supplement, as well as our detailed testing and scoring notes.

Our Experience Using Create Creatine Gummies
Our team has tested more than 60 of the most popular creatine supplements, and a common theme we’ve run into with gummies is a bitter taste or unpleasant texture. I’ve personally tested a few that I find difficult to finish due to how unpleasant the taste is, which is a bummer when you’re spending so much money on them—at $2 to $3 per serving, creatine gummies can run you upward of $60 to $90 per month if you take a daily serving.
Thankfully, that wasn’t the case with Create creatine monohydrate gummies, and these are some of the best-tasting gummies we’ve ever tested. If you want a potent serving of creatine in a delicious treat, these are the gummies for you.
Our tester, Kate Meier, NASM-CPT, USAW-L1, CF-L1, said, “I love a gummy. I wish every supplement came in gummy form. These are a super fun treat!”
One of the standout features of Create is the ability to order tubs or packets. While the packets are a bit more expensive (about $2.43 per serving compared to $2 per serving for the tub), each packet contains three gummies, which is a full serving size, making them a very convenient choice for on-the-go creatine users.

Now, they’re not perfect, and we have a few small callouts we’ll discuss throughout this review. However, we feel very comfortable saying these are some of our favorite creatine gummies on the market, and we’ve tested nearly all of them.
“Creatine gummies are super helpful for those who find it difficult to stick to a supplement routine of powders. They’re also great for frequent travelers—especially the little pouches, which you can easily toss in a purse or backpack (TSA probably won’t flag them, like they often do with creatine powder).”

Create Creatine Gummies Rating

Price Per Serving
While creatine monohydrate is cheap, most gummies are going to cost quite a bit more, and Create is no different. They’re some of the most expensive creatine gummies on the market, and we give them 1 out of 5 stars for price per serving.
At the time of writing, the listed price is $73 for a 30-day supply in the individual packets, or $60 for a tub, so you can save money if you don’t need the individual packets. However, subscription discounts are available, and Create regularly has sales and discounts on its site, so we’ve seen the price fluctuate quite a bit, and it may be different when you place an order.
It’s also worth noting that Create uses Creapure creatine monohydrate, which is a German brand that’s often considered the purest form on the market. There’s no evidence that Creapure is any better than other forms of creatine monohydrate, but it costs more, which likely impacts the price here.
RELATED: How to Use Creatine
We still love and recommend these gummies if they fit your budget; just know they’re not cheap. You’ll be paying $2.00-$2.43 per serving depending on which option you choose, while the average creatine gummy costs $1.47 per serving, and powdered creatine is even cheaper.
Formulation
For the formulation, Create earns 4 out of 5 stars. We like that they use creatine monohydrate, the most well-researched form of creatine, but it’s not a perfect formulation according to sports dietitian Destini Moody, RD, CSSD, LD.

“I love the sour flavors, but 1.5 grams is a bit of an annoying per-gummy dose for those looking to get exactly 5 grams, the optimal efficacious dose,” she says. “With the serving size of 3 gummies, you’ll only get about 4.5 which isn’t the end of the world as even 3 grams will still provide benefits. No artificial sweeteners, but 2 grams of added sugars from both refined sugar and syrup, with 5 grams of total sugars.”
In addition to tapioca syrup and sugar, the gummies also contain reverse osmosis water, pectin, allulose, natural flavors, and citric acid. This is a good formulation, but if you want a full five grams of creatine per serving, or prefer to minimize your total carbohydrates and want a sugar-free option, you may want to choose something else.

Taste
The taste is where Create gummies really shine, and they easily earn 5 out of 5 stars.
“This definitely tastes like an orange gummy,” says Kate. “It’s not quite as sweet as candy, but pretty darn close. Really pleasant.”
While Kate tested the orange gummies, customer reviews seem to be overwhelmingly positive for all of the flavors. If you’re primarily looking for gummies that you’ll enjoy eating to help you stay consistent with your creatine intake, this is one of the best options on the market.
There are seven available flavors, and if you’re indecisive, like me, you can now order a variety pack to try everything but the new Sour Grape flavor.
Solubility
Along with taste, solubility is another big concern with gummies, and thankfully, Create once again earns 5 out of 5 stars.
We’ve had gummies in the past that are overly sticky and may get caught in your teeth, or gummies that have a very gritty, chalky texture. We didn’t notice any of that with Create, and they taste very similar to your classic gummy candies.
“I love gummies, and I wish every supplement came in gummy form,” Kate says. “These are a super fun treat!”
Side Effects
For side effects, we give Create Creatine Gummies 5 out of 5 stars. Creatine can cause bloating or digestive stress if you take too much at once, but we didn’t notice any issues. Of course, if you have a very sensitive stomach or are allergic to any of the added ingredients, you might run into problems, but Kate didn’t notice any negative impacts at all.
RELATED: Does Creatine Make You Bloated?

We asked if she noticed any side effects, and she said, “Only a positive effect— I’m 5 million times more likely to take a gummy than I am to take a powder.”
Transparency and Third-Party Testing
This category is very important, as transparent labeling and third-party testing help ensure that you’re getting the actual ingredients claimed on a label. We’re impressed with Create for this category, and give these gummies 5 out of 5 stars.
Create gummies are NSF Certified for Sport, which is one of the best third-party testing certifications a supplement can have. We also appreciate the full label transparency, which is why these are some of our favorite gummies on the market.
Customer Experience
For this category, we’re primarily looking at factors like the buying experience, return policies, and customer support, and Create earns another 5-out-of-5-star rating here.
To start, you can order one, three, or six months at a time to save money, and additional discounts are available when you set up a subscription. Those eligible for GOVX discounts, like military members and first responders can also save money, and you can pay with your FSA or HSA.
You can’t return your product for food safety reasons, which is common with supplements, but if there are any issues upon arrival, you can reach out to Create and they may refund your order on a case-by-case basis.
For assistance, Create has a chat feature on its website, or you can reach out through a contact form.
Customer Reviews
Create gummies have very positive user reviews. At the time of writing, there are 4,696 reviews on the Create site, with an average score of 4.8, and they have a 4.5 rating on Amazon with nearly 1,500 reviews.
Most customers appreciate the convenience and flavors, though some users report that not all flavors taste great, and some are clearly more enjoyable than others.

Create Creatine Gummies Vs
There are quite a few creatine gummies on the market these days, so let’s take a look at how Create stacks up to the competition.
If you like gummies, another good choice is Swoly Creatine Gummies. They also have an excellent taste that our testers compared to eating fruit snacks, but they have slightly less creatine per serving, and each serving is five gummies, compared to Create’s three-gummy serving.
For more, you can read our full Swoly Creatine Gummies review.
If you want portable creatine but aren’t a huge fan of gummies, we also love Momentous Creatine Chews. The texture is a bit different, as it’s a dry powdery material similar to smarties, but Momentous does this to avoid risking any creatine degradation in liquids.
I tested Momentous myself and really enjoyed the taste and texture. They’re not cheap, but the flavor is excellent, and each chew contains one gram of creatine, allowing you to precisely tailor your dose as needed.

Create Creatine Gummies Review: FAQs
Is Create a good brand of creatine?
Yes. Create offers third-party tested creatine gummies that contain 4.5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving, making them an effective way to reach your daily creatine goals.
Does taking creatine gummies actually work?
Yes, as long as you’re choosing a brand that’s third-party tested to verify it contains the amount of creatine it claims. Creatine works by gradually building up in your body over time to saturate muscle stores, so taking a creatine gummy that’s clinically dosed will have the same impact as using creatine powder.
Will creatine burn belly fat?
No, creatine won’t directly burn body fat. When used along with a proper diet and training plan, creatine can support strength and power output in the gym, but it won’t have a direct impact on body fat.
