Does everything get a discount on Black Friday?
Not necessarily, but Black Friday is the time of year when a majority of brands heavily discount some items, at least. Plenty of retailers are looking to make space in their inventory for the holidays, which is why prices get cut on a variety of products (including home decor, clothing, and of course, fitness equipment).
What are the best running shoes?
Determining the “best running shoes” can be subjective depending on your running style and preferences. Top brands to consider, though, include Nike, Brooks, ASICS, HOKA, and more. Whether you’re on the hunt for the best trail running shoes or just need some new sneakers to support your treadmill sessions, these high-quality brands typically have at least one pair worth your curiosity (in plenty of colorways and patterns, to boot).

How often should you buy runners?
If used frequently, you should buy new runners about every six months. Of course, this depends on their condition, and you may have to buy them sooner (or, if you’re lucky, they might last you longer than six months). Just make sure they’re comfortable, don’t have any major holes in the outsole, and the midsole cushioning isn’t completely flattened from regular wear and tear.
