Nicole is director of content at GGR. She’s been a journalist for the last 14 years and a CPT/group fitness instructor for the last 11 years. She grew up playing tennis, became an avid runner in college, competed in a bikini competition in her mid-twenties, and even completed a triathlon. Her workout of choice nowadays is strength training, plus logging her daily steps. After her first daughter was born six years ago, she became especially passionate about prenatal and postnatal fitness, teaching stroller bootcamp classes and working with expecting moms as clients. Post-journalism school, Nicole worked in print media as a magazine editor for eight years, then went freelance for a while, writing for fitness websites and manufacturers in the industry. Now, as director of content at GGR, she brings her expertise in fitness to writing and editing honest reviews on everything you might need for your home gym.

Man putting on Nike Savaleos weightlifting shoes before a workout

We’ve found ways to help you save money on any Nike product you have your eye on.

Nike is worn by some of the biggest athletes in the world, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Lebron James. If you want to dress like an athletic superstar without spending like one, then use a Nike promo code to save money on cross-training shoes, clothing, or any accessory you might have your eye on. We’ve found a few different ways to help you when you’re ready to checkout.

How to Get a Nike Promo Code

There are a few different ways you can end up saving on Nike gear. While Nike regularly runs specials, the best Nike promo codes and deals will require you to sign up as a Nike member—which is free.

  • Students, teachers, members of the military, and medical professionals/first responders all can get 10% off their entire order on Nike.com and in the Nike App.
  • Military members can receive discounts online and in-store through the Nike military discount program.
  • Nike members get an exclusive 10% discount online during their birthday month.
  • Nike regularly advertises marked down products.
  • Nike members get free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
  • You can split up your purchase into biweekly payments with Klarna.

Step Two: Students, first responders, and military personnel can claim their discount by visiting Nike’s promotion page. You’ll have to go through a process to prove you belong to one of the categories, which might require ID or military papers. The promotion page will also advertise any ongoing sales.

Step Three: Once a Nike member, during your birthday month you’ll be emailed a one-time use code for 10% off select items online. Just sign in and it’ll automatically be added to your next eligible order.

Step Four: To split your payment into biweekly installments, simply click on Klarna at the checkout menu and insert your credit/debit card information. There’s no interest and the money will be automatically taken from your account every two weeks.

Nike is a pretty big brand in the fitness apparel industry, especially when it comes to shoes. We’ve tested and reviewed several Nike products, including:

  • Nike Metcon 9 Shoes
  • Nike Savaleos Weightlifting Shoes
  • Nike Romaleos 4

Many of their shoes have ended up on our “best of” lists, including best weightlifting shoes and best cross-training shoes. They’re great for gym shoes and workout apparel, so whenever we find a Nike promo code, we like to share it.

Plus, we’ve tested the bran’s free training app for our Nike Training Club review in addition to the semi-controversial strength equipment release from 2023 (see our Nike Strength Equipment review for more on that). You can also check out our Nike Grind Dumbbell review for a closer look at the company’s unique approach to sustainability-focused strength training.
