Bioniq offers customized multivitamins developed through the brand’s proprietary database of biochemical data points, utilizing science and technology to generate a supplement specific to your body. Is Bioniq Go Multivitamin Worth It?
Every athlete is different, meaning one supplement profile is not going to fit every need and want (even our team has differing opinions on the best protein powder from time to time). Accordingly, while Bioniq’s Swiss-made formulations of personalized vitamin and mineral dosages may be a great product for some, it isn’t a consensus go-to for everyone. Experience Using Bioniq Go Multivitamin
GGR editorial team member Nicole Davis, CPT, PN1-NC, used Bioniq Go for multiple weeks, rating the tailor-made multivitamin in multiple categories including price per serving, formulation, taste, swallowability, and more. These ratings were scored on a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) for more digestible clarification regarding her thoughts and insight.
Before getting into our findings, Nicole does have a quick note regarding the “personalization” aspect of this multivitamin product. “I’m not sure how ‘personalized’ this can be since your formulation is constructed from an online questionnaire. You can’t know, with absolute certainty, where your micronutrient levels currently stand without performing a blood test—which is only available through the more expensive Bioniq Pro subscription.”
Despite the less-than-concrete data pooling techniques, Bioniq Go can still be a more convenient means of biohacking your micronutrient consumption, albeit at a somewhat premium cost. Still interested? Let’s get into our findings.
Price Per Serving
A one-time, 30-day order of Bioniq Go costs $99 plus shipping, which equates to roughly $3.30 per serving. This is far more than the average $1.30 per serving we’ve seen in other supplements (like the best multivitamins for women), so it’s not surprising that we score this granular concoction at 1 out of 5 for the category.
That said, though, subscriptions are available through bioniq.com, which offer your personalized multivitamin for $75 monthly along with free shipping. This can help cut the cost per serving down to $2.50, but it’s still beyond the median price tag.
Formulation
Typically, we examine a multivitamin’s formulation in terms of its included micronutrients and whether their dosages are aligned with recommended daily values. However, this can be somewhat challenging when your formulation is based entirely on your personal needs and health goals.
“When I test multivitamins, I’m typically looking for specifics like activated B vitamins and over 100 micrograms of chromium and selenium, respectively,” adds Nicole. “While my personal formulation did contain a range of B vitamins, I still feel there are some foundational inclusions that should be in every multivitamin, regardless of what a questionnaire infers.”
We also rate the formulation at a conservative 3 out of 5, since there are no methods to adjust your formulation once you’ve completed your questionnaire. According to the brand, “Our algorithm has created your personalized supplement based on 6 million biochemical data points with over 10 million possible combinations, taking into consideration details such as your age, height, weight and health goals.”
Naturally, though, an included vitamin or mineral may be over- or underdosed when it comes to what you’re actually consuming in a given day. Outside of completely redoing your questionnaire—or signing up for the more expensive Bioniq Pro platform—there are no ways to adjust your servings and supplement makeup.
This may be a little nitpicky, since other multivitamin supplements cannot be adjusted, either, but when a brand is marketed as a cutting-edge, tailor-made supplement, you’d expect that personalization to be alterable if necessary. “I do like that it’s free of artificial junk and is formulated for maximum bioavailability, though, as most multivitamins suffer from the issue of being poorly absorbed,” notes Destini Moody, RD, CSSD, LD, our additional tester.
Taste and Swallowability
Bioniq Go is not your common pill, capsule, gummy, or powder. Rather, the brand constructs your multivitamin formula with granules made from prebiotic fibers. Studies report2 that prebiotic fibers can be resistant to the pH levels of stomach acid, allowing your prescribed vitamins and minerals to easily make their way to the small intestine for maximum absorption probability. These granules also do not dissolve in water, which can make for some unique consumption methods, according to Nicole.
“My learned method of taking this multivitamin was to pop a scoop of the granules into my mouth and then swallow them down with an accompanying sip of water,” she states. “It’s a little awkward, at first, but they kind of feel like Pop Rocks in the mouth—they definitely don’t taste as good though!” Nicole adds that the granules can be added to water or smoothie for some extra texture, and can even serve as a sprinkled topping over oatmeal. Given the versatility, we score the swallowability at 4 out of 5.

Taste-wise, though, these granules can be less-than-noteworthy. “It’s like a standard vitamin with notes of a mineral-like sensation and fiber. Nothing too displeasing, but nothing too great,” Nicole notes in reference to her 3-out-of-5 taste rating. Other customer reviews, though, have noted that some granules can stick between your teeth, leaving that minerally mouthfeel lingering for longer than desired. It may be best to do a quick swish of water at the end of your supplement regimen, just to ensure every bit and piece makes its way into your system.
Side Effects
Throughout her trials, Nicole noted no unwanted side effects or negative experiences brought on by Bioniq Go. Given these results we rate the side effects at 5 out of 5. However, this does not mean that you should throw caution to the wind when adding this multivitamin to your regular routine.
While multivitamins can be safe to consume for most individuals, Dr. Raj Dasgupta, MD notes that excessive consumption of certain nutrients can lead to unwanted health effects. “For example, too much calcium can lead to an increased risk of kidney stones, while too much vitamin E can potentially interfere with blood clotting,” he adds.
If you’re nervous about overconsumption of specific vitamins and minerals, be sure to speak to your personal healthcare provider prior to beginning your supplement cycle.

Bioniq Go is third-party tested by SwissMedic—a Switzerland-based authority responsible for the authorization and supervision of therapeutic products such as supplements. In addition to this third-party approval, Bioniq Go is processed in an establishment certified under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). As such, we score this trending multivitamin at 5 out of 5 for the category.
Bioniq Go Multivitamin vs Transparent Labs Multivitamin
Transparent Labs Multivitamin is designed to support overall wellness for active adults. This supplement has limited but very positive reviews and may be sold out when you go to buy it.

“It’s a bit much to take all four capsules at once since they’re rather large, and I still felt like one was stuck in my throat for a few minutes afterward.”
OK, so finding an exact comparison to Bioniq Go can be a bit challenging, given its personalized operations and manufacturing. However, we can contrast this tailor-made supplement to one of our favorite multivitamins out there—Transparent Labs Multivitamin.
In terms of available ingredients, Bioniq Go can be a more well-rounded formulation featuring up to 53 different compounds. Transparent Labs, on the other hand, offers 21. What separates the capsuled TL supplement apart, though, is the added nootropics. Research suggests3 that nootropics, like the Aztec marigold flower extract featured in Transparent Labs Multivitamin, can help boost cognitive function and memory.
Both Bioniq Go and Transparent Labs Multivitamin come in 30-serving containers and are third-party tested. Each brand also offers its own ‘Subscribe & Save’ service for more convenient repeat orders. The main difference between the two supplements, aside from the granule versus capsule form, is the price point.
