NordicTrack’s Commercial VU 19 Exercise Bike is an upright stationary smart bike which comes equipped with a 7-inch HD color touchscreen, two 2-inch Bluetooth compatible speakers, automatic trainer controls, and a 30-day free iFIT trial for an interactive training experience. If you do not plan to maintain an iFIT membership, the VU 19 has 32 pre-programmed workout options from which you can choose.
The bike features a 19-pound inertia-enhanced flywheel with 24 levels of digital resistance driven by a SMR system. Experienced cyclists may find that this flywheel doesn’t provide enough resistance for them, however it still offers a solid range of resistance. Other notable specs include a pivoting tablet holder, auxiliary music port, and AC adapter. Users can monitor their heart rate with the EKG grip pulse sensor located on the handlebars or the included iFIT Bluetooth smart chest strap.
