RECOMMENDED FOR CHEST SIZES 36″-48″ but can fit chest sizes of 33″-48″.The Ki-RO Core Harness is a training harness designed to isolate the CORE muscles in 360 degrees of motion. Made from durable 2″ Polyester webbing which is light weight and slightly water-resistant which makes it suitable for outdoor use to help prevent mold, mildew, and rotting. Dura-grip Brand hook and loop closure for adjustability and metal O rings for connections and resistance. Minimum recommended overlap for adjustment is 4.5″ with maximum recommended load of 75lbs.

COLOR OPTIONS: Color options shown are for shoulder straps only. The rest of the training harness will be black.
