Lighter than a barbell and heavier than a typical PVC pipe, the 6LB ProBar is made from a durable, grip-friendly metal, and includes two internal springs and an inner-sliding, self-locking mechanism to ensure the user’s safety. The convenient twist-and-pull design means that the handles telescope outward, activating tension in a way that a static training bar can’t. Additional 1.1LB (500 grams) weights are also included standard, providing an extra resistance challenge as athletes progress through a regimen.
