This bench is so solid that you will feel the need to press heavier dumbbells than you have ever even attempted before… AND you will have the spotting capacity to do so safely!

– Easy adjustment of both the seat and back pad
– Wide pad for additional stability
– Sturdy diamond-plate spotter platform
– The spotter platform has a subtle incline so that as you step one leg forward, you have improved leverage to safely handle big weights
– Wheels on the front and handles on the back for easy, one-person transport

Available with lock-in system (an add-on to our line of power racks) that insures that your bench is perfectly aligned in your rack and will not slide during a lift.
