These Tru Grit Competition Plates are perfect for anyone who’s training for any kind of weightlifting competition. They meet all International Weightlifting Federation standards, come multiple weight and color option, and are sold in pairs.

At first glance, the plates’ chrome-plated steel disc inserts could present a problem to those with barbells that have powder coated sleeves, however the inserts come with a raised rubber edge to prevent any metal on metal contact.

Although a bit pricey, these plates are a great option for those who want to lift really heavy weights. They come in weight options ranging from 2.5 pounds all the way up to 55, and are available in sets.
