Product Summary & Specs
The Stamina Doorway Trainer Plus allows you to conveniently work on your pull-ups by easily attaching to most interior door frames. Assembly takes about 15 minutes and hardware is included so you won’t be hunting around for screws and bolts. The bar is sturdy and as long as you stay under the 250lb weight capacity, there won’t be any flex in the bar. It can also be used on the ground if you want to work push-up into your workout.
It is a little odd that Stamina doesn’t provide specific sizes for the doors that this trainer will fit. They state that it works with “standard” door frames, and that is typically 27 inches to 35 inches. However, please note that the bar is 37 inches long, therefore if you are using it on a wider door please take into consideration that it may not be secure enough to support 250lbs and/or intense workouts.
