The Vertical Climber is made of thickened iron sheet and nylon liner that slides on four metal rails for a quiet and durable machine. The machine also has a LCD monitor that tracks count, total count, time and calories.

There are 5 adjustable resistance levels on the machine. There are adjustable handlebars that change the intensity of the workout. ReLife states that levels one and two are equivalent to jogging, three and four are equivalent to running, and level five is like rock climbing.
