Product Summary

The Pullup & Dip Dip Belt allows for progressive training of exercises by adding additional weight to traditionally bodyweight movements. This belt is designed with neoprene flaps between the carabiner or chain to protect clothing from the holes. The neoprene flap is also intended to create a comfortable and secure fit. The dip belt comes with a steel chain and three carabiners that are length adjustable.

This dip belt boasts a 550-pound weight capacity which should accommodate most users. The waist size can be adjusted to appropriately fit both men and women. There are some users who found the fit uncomfortable when the chain was loaded with heavier weights, but there are no complaints of it feeling insecure.
