Pros & Cons
What we like ...
- Ventilated back and curved hem for a great fit without lowering mobility
- Great to add a challenge for a variety of workouts
- Much more comfortable to wear than other weighted clothing
- Designed to spread weight naturally across your body
What needs improvement ...
- Might not be quite heavy enough depending on your training and fitness goals
- More expensive than many competitors’ vests
After three years of strenuous testing and making sure the product and design were exactly what the company wanted to release, you can now add a weighted vest to your training without having to be uncomfortable. With adjustable shoulder straps and side cords that can be tightened or loosened, you can get the optimal fit for your body so the vest stays in place no matter what type of training you do.
There are two different sizes of vests available, S-L and L-XXL. It is recommended that if you are on the bridge between sizes, you want to size down and then use the adjustments available for the perfect fit. The stainless steel ball bearings that are encased in the vests have been specifically placed across your torso to keep the weight distributed in just the right places. If you want to add more resistance to your training, you can also pair the vest with some shorts or tights offered by the same company.
