Product Summary
No Cow’s plant-based protein bars are available in 12 flavors and have 20–22 grams (depending on flavor) of pea and rice protein per bar. These bars are gluten-, soy-, and dairy-free. These bars are recommended as a high protein on-the-go snack between meals. Erythritol is one the sweeteners used in these bars, which has been known to cause stomach issues in some people.
No Cow protein bars have polarizing reviews on taste. Some reviewers loved the multiple flavors and thought they were the best vegan protein bars they have tried. Others disliked the flavor and texture, complaining that the bars were “chalky” and “inedible.” There were customers that experienced an upset stomach after eating the bars, and this is likely due to the use of erythritol. Additionally, there were customers that experienced issues with their orders, such as late and missing products, and they also noted it was extremely difficult or impossible to get responses from No Cow’s customer service team.
