Ghost has updated their Legend pre-workout formula so that it is now vegan. Legend pre-workout is available in a wide variety of flavors and even has collaborations with brands like Sour Patch Kids, Sonic, and Swedish Fish. Ghost prides themselves on having a 100% transparent label that discloses the dose of every active ingredient.
Legend pre-workout has four active ingredients: L-citrulline, beta-alanine, caffeine, and Nitrosigine. According to Ghost, L-citrulline is one of the best pump ingredients and now Ghost uses a vegan fermented version to make Legend a vegan friendly pre-workout. Ghost has increased the dose of beta-alanine to 3.2 grams in version 2 of Legend based on clinical study results. The caffeine is naturally sourced from coffee beans, which Ghost indicates leads to less crash. Ghost shares that Nitrosigine is a five times more effective pump ingredient than arginine.
