Mini Bands are a perfect addition to any gym and are a great tool for warm-ups, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation of ankles and knees. Mini bands are a looped band that is 2″ wide and 9″ long, and come in packs of 10.
Mini-bands come in 4 different thicknesses for increased marginal resistance:
- Yellow – X-Light: 0.3mm
- Green – Light: 0.5mm
- Blue – Medium: 0.8mm
- Red – Heavy: 1.0mm
