Available in 10-pound, 20-pound, 30-pound and 45-pound options, the plates are made of solid cast iron and coated in a black powder coat, which makes them both tough and nice to look at.
Bonehead Ruck Weight Plates are designed to fit standard-sized rucksacks, such as the GoRuck GR1 and GoRuck Plate Carrier 2.0 as all dimensions for each weight are the same except for thickness. When not being used rucking, you can use and incorporate them in just about any other kind of workout.
