This improved GHR is now the leader of the pack. This GHR is built with an extra wide base for those who like to use a wide stance. This is how we squat so why not train the GHR’s the same way? It also contains band hooks for extra band resistance. We’ve added linear bearings to allow for easy adjustments.

You can now do
Glute Ham Raises
Wide Stance Glute Ham Raises
Back Raises
Bilateral Leg Lifts

The tilted pad angle also allows for
Standing Inclined Tricep Extensions
Standing Inclined Dumbbell Presses
Standing Ab Work with bands (attached to foot plate)
Upper Back Stretching
Preacher Curls (*they bet we would not say this one)
and a great place to lean between sets

We know the GHR is a must have for any weight room. You know a GHR is a must for any weight room. Now it’s time for it to be a must in your weight room!
