The Bowflex 1090 SelectTech Dumbbells come in two weight options: 5 to 52.5 lbs or 10 to 90 lbs. You can adjust the weights quickly with just a turn of a dial, making these an ideal choice for superset workouts. While we like that the handles are knurled, we do wish the knurling were more aggressive, as the handles can be slippery.
