Product Summary

The AbMat is a firm, but still comfortable piece of gym equipment that is necessary for any gym. Its contoured design allows you to do an anatomically correct sit-up by supporting your lumbar spine as you lay back and supporting your pelvis as you sit-up. This allows your abdominal muscles to get full range of motion and fully contract to get the most effective results out of your sit-up.

The cushioning of the AbMat allows you to use it in a variety of ways. It’s great for cushioning your knees during different exercises or stretching, protects your head during handstand push-ups, and it can be used for other core workouts.

It holds its shape from an antibacterial, closed cell foam. The outside material is moisture resistant with a textured finish making it easy to clean. It claims to be a non-skid back, but during high rep, fast sit-ups, the AbMat may shift around.
