Vulcan Soft Impact Plyos are high-density foam plyometric squares. Each individual square ( 6”, 12”, 18”, and 24”) .Velcros securely to each other. An improvement in safety over traditional steel boxes. Great for Crossfit® applications, including ball slams, box step ups, box jumps, and more! Less intimidating than wood or steel boxes which can cause injury to shins if a jump is missed or not performed correctly.
