Manufacturer: SynergeeCategory: Trap BarsProduct Summary & Specs
The Synergee Hex Bar is erfect for deadlifts, a hex barbell engages all the same muscle groups as a standard barbell, but keeps the weight closer to the body. This allows you to use more of the quadriceps to lift the bar, keeping the stress off your lumbar spine. Our bar’s hexagonal design and knurled, neutral grip handles help ensure the lift is centered and not off the axis, which can happen in a traditional deadlift. Using a hex barbell you can often go heavier on deadlifts, leading to greater muscle growth over time.
- Raised handles of the Synergee Hex bar allow for easier pick up from the ground, as well as reduces the strain on your hands and back while performing traditional deadlifts and squats.
- Designed to keep the weight centered through the body’s midline during deadlifts, shrugs and power pulls. Shifts the impacts from your glutes and hamstrings onto the quadriceps.
- Loadable sleeve length of 10 inches. Perfect for adding weight to customize your work out. The Synergee Hex Bar holds up to 750lbs.
- Reach a heavier one rep max with our barbell! Using a hex bar allows more peak force, speed and power to lift heavier loads than a traditional barbell.
