The Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 is designed for speed workouts and your fastest running. On this iteration of the shoe, Saucony has updated the S-curve winged nylon plate.
According to Saucony, the new S-Curve winged nylon plate centers and supports the foot better. This update helps the plate support you through your daily training and return more energy to you during your runs. The shoe also features SPEEDROLL technology that helps to propel you forward throughout your run. The shoe has PWRRUNPB foam cushioning that Saucony states creates a light and fast feel. The FORMFIT design is snug to your foot to provide a more personalized fit. The outsole features XT-900 rubber to get a better grip on the road.
Many customers love running in the Endorphin Speed 3. They found it very light and appreciated the additional cushion from previous versions. Multiple customers shared that it is their favorite shoe for speed workouts. However, some reviewers did not enjoy the additional cushion added in this version. There were also multiple complaints about the high heel tab uncomfortably digging into peoples’ Achilles tendon, and multiple negative reviews complaining about poor durability and quality control issues. Examples of issues include the outsole disconnecting from the shoe, eyelets popping out, and completely missing eyelet holes.
