The Rogue MIL Pull-Up Station is designed and built to the required specs of the Army Combat Fitness Test’s “Leg Tuck” event. In the Leg Tuck event, athletes use a mixed grip and their body is hanging perpendicular to the pull-up bar. This pull station has an extended length of 63” between the two uprights to provide ample space for any size athlete. It also comes equipped with an adjustable step to match the step heights of the Army’s Climbing Pods. For added safety, Rogue used a rubber insert to cover all metal edges of the step and finished it with a Rogue Red finish.
The pull-up bar that comes with this pull station is the same as Rogue’s R-series squat rack so it can be used as a traditional pull-up station as well. However, it does not have J-hook mounting holes like the R-series squat rack so it can not be used as a squat station.
For an additional $115 you can purchase Rogue’s Handle Kit so that you can easily break down and store the pull-up station or take it with you to train outdoors.
