Product Summary
The Rogue Fitness Aggro Bar features the most aggressive knurling on a Rogue barbell to date. The bar itself is the Rogue Ohio Power Bar, but it comes with two options: a 2x Aggro knurling, or a 3x Aggro knurling. Rogue even warns that the 3x knurling is so aggressive that if you aren’t sure of your comfort level with rough knurl, then avoid purchase because they won’t take any returns based on pain or discomfort.
Both versions of the Aggro bar come with 200K PSI tensile strength, stainless steel shaft and stainless steel sleeves. The center knurl has Cerakote branding that features the “Aggro Monster.”
Rogue advises that a steel brush should NOT be used to clean the bar–instead, use a synthetic bristle brush.
The 2x Aggro retails for about $510, and the 3x Aggro is $540.
