Summary
The REP Adonis Cable Tower can function as a stand-alone machine or it can be attached to your existing power rack. It’s a function trainer, lat pulldown, and low row machine. The lat pulldown and low row have a 1:1 pulley ratio with a maximum effective weight of 450 pounds. The function trainer has a 2:1 ratio and effective weight of 225 pounds. The Adonis comes with the lat pulldown bar, low row bar, and two knurled D-handles.
