Onnit Protein Bites come in five different flavors and have 7 to 9 grams of protein, depending on the flavor. The whey protein in these bites is sourced from grass-fed cows. Each bar also contains nutrients from more than 60 plants. To finish them off, all bars are dipped in a chocolate coating.

Customer reviews for Onnit Protein Bites are very mixed since Onnit changed their formula. Some customers like the new formula as much as the previous and have continued to subscribe to the bars. Other customers have canceled their subscription because they dislike the new taste and consistency. Customers also complained that the chocolate coating has a tendency to melt and get messy if the bar is left in your pocket or gym bag.
