Product Summary

The Lecardio Fitness Woven Tension Bands come in three different colors, with resistance levels ranging from 14 to 25 pounds and 35 to 50 pounds. The bands are color coded, so you can easily tell which colors are for light, medium, and heavy resistance.

The bands are made from a softer material that won’t pinch or scratch your skin. While the material is soft, the bands also have a non-slip rubber grip, so they won’t slide when in use. The stitching on the bands is also reinforced, so they won’t roll when you are trying to exercise with them.

You can use these to help add more resistance as you do bodyweight squats or straight leg raises at the gym or in your home. You can also use these for stretching if you need a little extra difficulty.
