\n\nHookgrip Russian Knee Wraps are sold in pairs, with red and black color options.
\n\n*Important note on usage: it is not recommended to use the velcro to hold the wraps closed when you are wearing the wraps while lifting. The velcro is not strong enough for this purpose. Instead, you shoulder pull the wrap through itself when making the final wrap around your knee as this will hold on much better. Only use the velcro for storage purposes when not using the wrap.

- 2M Wrap (6.5′): Recommended for athletes weighing less than 150LB / 70KG, or for athletes under 190LB / 85KG with small legs for their bodyweight. \n
- 3.5M Wrap (11.5′): Recommended for athletes weighing over 150LB / 70KG. Please Note: This wrap will routinely measure closer to 4M than 3.5M, but the non-hook end can be cut and re-sewn if the wrap proves too long. \n
