The AbMat 1/4 Rings are a small and easily transportable way for anyone to enhance their pull-up station. The quarter rings are a great accessory for anyone wanting to work on their pull-up strength, especially for those who have limited shoulder mobility.  By attaching the Rings to a pulley system, you are able to do a wider variety of workouts and isolate different muscle groups.
