The Rogue S-3 is a quality, American-made squat stand that’s as durable and versatile as most power racks. Built with home gyms and large-scale strength training facilities in mind, the newly redesigned S-3 includes 2×3″ 11-Gauge Steel tubing, 0.625″ bolts and fasteners, and an updated base that replaces the formed socket with the bolted triangle plates of our Monster Lite series–adding to the unit’s overall stability. At over nine feet tall, the S-3 Squat Stand also comes standard with an adjustable fat/skinny pull-up bar suited to athletes of any height.Like all the squat stands in the Rogue S-Series, the S-3 is compatible with a wide range of add-ons and accessories. No matter how you customize it, the unit’s space-efficient design enables quick and easy navigation from squats to bench, floor press to pull-ups, and anything in between–all within a single workstation.
