The increased weight, flexibility, and sensory feedback of this 3.2MM cable makes it a great choice for beginner or intermediate athletes, and its durable construction can mean a longer shelf life, even in high-volume / multi-user training environments.Rogue Fixed Length Speed Ropes are available in six length options ranging from 88″ to 115″ (see chart below), and can be ordered individually or in one of three full sets: Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie. Each rope cable is uniquely color coded so you can quickly identify your preferred jump rope at a glance.
