Product Summary & Specs

If you’ve ever dealt with faded knurling on a barbell, a slippery bench pad, or running out of chalk at the worst time, this is the shirt for you. The lightweight and breathable cotton/poly blend material includes a series of printed, comfort-grip graphics—creating a firm shelf for the bar during squats* and better traction and stabilization for your back during bench presses. No added chalk required.

The grip surface on the latest model of the A7 Fitness Bar Grip Shirt covers more area than the previous versions, spreading out to the stitching of the shirt.

*Works best for athletes who squat low bar.
