She also gave it a 3 out of 5 for solubility. “I doubt anyone would mix this with just water, but I did to test solubility. It mixes decently enough, but with some very small flecks still there. In the smoothie, it was fine. No noticeable graininess. The powder itself seems very buttery!” she says.
