This attachment allows you to make use of your core blaster or landmine for upright pressing movements and train a strongman classic in the weakest way.. one arm at a time.
The standard thickness version allows you to simulate overhead pressing using a barbell, while the 2″ fat version takes strain off of your wrists and allows for maximum muscle contraction through muscle irradiation.
Front handles are both 10″ wide with the neutral grips measuring 6″ inside the grip. Attachments are 18″ long overall.
