Saucony’s Guide 15 is an American Podiatric Medical Association-certified sneaker designed to be lightweight and supportive, offering a guidance frame to encourage your stride forward. The patented PWRRUN cushioning is engineered to weigh less while providing a high level of cushioning. Saucony claims the underfoot contouring allows the foot to sit deeper in the shoe, providing extra support. Their FORMFIT design enables a personalized fit by addressing every major point of contact along the foot.
The upper is lightweight and breathable. There are several complaints of the material doing a poor job of keeping feet dry in any wet conditions. Users have also reported that the rubber sole provides plenty of flexibility in the forefoot but does not provide much traction on wet ground. What most reviews do state, however, is how well these hold up on longer distance runs, proving to be responsive and comfortable mile after mile.
