Small enough to fit in a gym bag, the Rogue Single Landmine Handle is a must-have accessory for unilateral rotational training drills. Its simple design can also help maximize range of motion on your one-arm rows, lateral raises, Meadows rows, Kroc rows, and countless core exercises. The 1.25″ handle, 2″ sleeve opening will fit nearly all standard Olympic barbells, and you can use it in conjunction with either a Rogue Landmine or Post Landmine.

The Rogue Single Landmine Handle measures 3.5″ overall, 6″ handle in length and is manufactured from 1″ diameter solid steel. A high-density rubber grip prevents any slippage and a seamless interior tube and beveled edge protects the barbell from any scratching or scuffing.
