Insane Labz Psychotic Pre-workout is meant for those who may not feel the rush of energy other supplements claim to provide. With 400 milligrams of caffeine combined with alpha yohimbine, this pre-workout provides an aggressive level of stimulation.
The ingredient dimethylethanolamine (DMAE) is claimed to increase acetylcholine in the brain for improved mood and focus. It is unlikely the product provides DMAE in a dangerous amount, but the label only provides a list of ingredients in a proprietary blend so we cannot know how much is included. The same goes for otherwise effective ingredients such as beta-alanine and creatine monohydrate. As always, it’s best to check with your doctor before starting a new supplement.
Overall this pre-workout should be taken for what it’s worth, a hefty dose of caffeine at a reasonable price.
