Product Summary & Specs
If you want to change up your strength training, then the Fringe Sport Fitness Sword Mace is a great piece of equipment to add to your arsenal. Unlike an actual sword, the edges on these are blunted, but still can pack a punch if it hits you. There are three different swords to pick from: 5, 7 and 10 pounds. Each sword offers a different length of blade and weight to it. The weight of the sword is evenly distributed, unlike fitness maces where the weight is in the head of the iron ball.
The sword mace comes with a beginners’ training guide that outlines everything you need to know on grip, stance, footwork, and strikes. Flows and different workouts can also be found in the beginners’ training guide. Since these fitness swords weigh more than an actual sword, you may need to start out slow. Either way, have fun with it because you get to workout with a sword!
