In addition to multiple pull-up grips, this unit also transforms into a dip station and a leg raise station, mimicking the functionality of a full-sized power tower without taking up all of the space.Â
It’s made of alloy steel and supports a weight capacity of 440 pounds. You can do pull-ups, chin-ups, triceps dips, leg raises, and many other exercise variations on this piece of equipment. It’s not built for kipping movements, though.Â
