Every aspect of the Adidas Powerlift 3.1 was fine-tuned specifically for the needs of the serious weightlifter. This includes a high-density, die-cut midsole and grip-friendly rubber outsole for a firm foundation, as well as a lace closure and instep strap for a lockdown custom fit. The shoe’s tongue, lining, and collar all have air mesh components to reduce moisture and keep an athlete’s feet dry and comfortable.
