About Kaylia Sammut

Kaylia Sammut started her journey to fitness in 2017 when she spent the year losing over 100 pounds to be more active with her kids. It wasn't until three years later that she discovered barbells and now shares a love of weight lifting with her oldest daughter. Showing her kids how to incorporate working out into their daily life is her biggest goal.A graduate of The University of North Carolina Greensboro with a degree in English, it was easy to mesh her love of writing with her love for fitness. When she isn’t writing or lifting you can find her by the nearest coffee machine with a good book in hand.
