I've used this bar consistently for close to 5 years now, its good, build quality is great. I don't like Rogue equipment but their stuff is built really well and it will last years. Main pros are, looks/styling of the bar (for those who are into that), flex/whip is there but not overwhelming (good medium), finish/durability no "major" issues with chipping or scratching. Cons are, knurling is pretty passive, would be better to have a more aggressive knurl with the black zinc. If rating slippyness on a 0-10 scale with a junk bar from bodysolid or dickssportinggoods or that sort as a 8/9/10 slippy, and a stainless steel vulcan or kabuki nickel or a raw steel powerlifting bar in the 0/1 range I would put this at a 6. Another con is the price, I would say the price is fair, but really you would be better off spending your money on a different bar.
