We recommend using wrist wraps weightlifting during all variations of Snatches, Deadlifts, Snatch and Clean Pulls.
We do not recommend to use the straps for wrist support in any variants of cleans if you have bad mobility/flexibility in wrists and elbows.
HOW TO USE:
Here’s the wrist-strap guide you need to read before you begin.
Start by sliding your hands through the loop, the strap is down your palm (printed side up in order not to ruin the paint). Pull on the end of the strap so it fits tightly around your wrist. Wrap the end of the strap around the bar holding the weight. Start by going under the bar from back to front, flip it over one time and grab the strap from another side with your fingers. Make sure your thumb touches the bar.
