The palm has thickening pads as well as anti-slip material to secure a solid grip no matter what exercise you are performing. The elastic fabric also has a breathable mesh on top to keep your hands cool and comfortable during workouts as well. While not the most durable glove on the market, these gloves will get the job done and are good quality at a low price.
