Optional Pin and Pipe safeties can also be added to an order. The Echo R-3 has 2″ on-center hole spacing through the bench and squat zones and 6″ spacing through the rest of the rack.Lightweight with a footprint of just 53″ x 32″, this is an economical power rack in terms of both cost and space, making it well-suited to home gyms and larger weight training facilities, alike.
