Product Summary

The Reebok Lifter PR III is the third iteration of the popular and budget-friendly weightlifting shoe. Rebbok has increased the heel-to-toe drop to 18 millimeters this time to provide even more support for deep squats, though it might not be the best for deadlifts. Although we haven’t tried this version of the Lifter PR, it appears to have the same midsole as the previous ones, which was too cushioned for heavier lifts.

And like its older siblings, the Reebok Lifter PR III doesn’t look to be the best cross-training shoe. That’s to say that it should be fine for sprints but we wouldn’t wear it for an extended high-intensity interval training session.

One of the many reasons why people keep coming back to this shoe is that it’s affordable, at around $100. That’s much cheaper than most weightlifting shoes on the market today.
