Meredith Cohrs

Merideth discovered her love of health and fitness while training at the United States Naval Academy. Those early formative years inspired her to compete in triathlons and trail races throughout the country. Today, she focuses her workout time on HIIT, hiking, and weight lifting. Merideth has written professionally for the last 20 years for the government, private companies, and small businesses. She now writes for private clients that share her passions for health and fitness, gardening, and food! If Merideth isn’t writing, you can find her happily getting lost on the hiking trails in northern Virginia.
