The TRX4500 Treadmill is a foldable indoor treadmill designed to enable anyone to up the ante on their fitness training at home and maximize their results. It comes equipped with 30 preset workout programs, two of which you can tailor to your needs.
The 7.5-inch LCD screen displays your profile, time, speed, pace, distance, calories, incline, and pulse rate. It also comes with a chest strap if you are wanting to use that during your workout for even more fitness insights.
There are 12 different speeds and 15 resistance levels, which you can control on the handlebars or near the screen. If you choose not to do one of the pre-set workout programs, you can also connect to the built-in Bluetooth to use third-party apps.
The dual speakers make it easy to hear whatever you are listening to, whether that be your favorite running playlist or a true crime podcast, and the cup holders make it possible for you to have your drink right next to you. There is also a built-in fan to use when you are ready to cool down. And when you are done using the treadmill, you can fold it for easy storage.
